Featured in the January 2005 issue of Homes and Gardens, Chalet Chineur is an outstanding addition to our chalet collection. On entering the chalet there is an extensive area for drying boots, ski kit and storing skis. The first floor then has one twin bedroom, one bedroom with a romantic ‘lit clos’ (built in bed) and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On this floor there is also a bathroom and separate W.C.
Up the next flight of stairs is the kitchen with a late 18th century dining table, which then leads into the double height sitting room with an 18th century granite fireplace and walls hung with post impressionist paintings. The south terrace extends across the length of the room. The master bedroom with an en suite shower room is up a further flight of stairs with its own private balcony. You will be looked after in Chalet Chineur by a private chef, host & the Ski Verbier driving service until 4 o’clock in the morning. |
